Shampoo and conditioner for flat iron styling?

Hey, is there a shampoo and conditioner for flat iron styling (flicking out hair) that keeps hair looking soft and gives you a style that holds? I find some shampoo and conditioners make your hair weighted it makes it very hard to style with a straightener. ThanksShampoo and conditioner for flat iron styling?

I personally love the Alfaparf line of hair care products. They have everything you need to make your hair look and feel wonderful. It may be hard to find depending on where you live and whether any of the salons in your area carry it. It can a bit pricey but believe me when I say a little goes a long way with this stuff and another plus... it smells great. Have you also ever tried any of the hair serums or shine sprays. The Alfaparf Cristalli illuminating finishing spray works really well. It is very light so it doesn't weigh your hair down, yet makes your hair shiny, soft and fights humidity. Check out their whole line of products. I could go on and on about Alfaparf but I'm sure you get my point. Just google it! (Am I allowed to say google it on Yahoo??? LOL)
I have wavy hair, and I use Pantene Pro-V to get it easy to straighten.
i would use Kerastase Bain de Force Fortifying Shampoo and Conditioner for Weakened to Fragile Hair. your hair may not be damaged but straightening irons will soon fry it if you don't use a leading shampoo and conditioner set that specializes in providing large amounts of moisture to hair undergoing a lot of heat stress. this is the best way to ensure you hair stays soft and, therefore, manageable and easy to style. the shampoo and conditioner retail for about $30 each and you can buy them either online (www.kerastase.com) or from leading hairstylists.

i also use Kerastase Ciment Thermique Leave-in Heat-activated Reconstructing Milk for Weakened Hair before i straighten because it works as you apply the heat!
Thermasilk or I think it's sunsilk makes a shampoo and conditioner designed to use with heated tools. When you flat iron your hair it forces the conditioners into your hair.
Biolage smoothing leave you hair soft and smooth, not heavy. Also try putting a little moose on the ends before you dry and a little hair spray on the ends before you flip it out, let the hair spray dry before you flip it. I have also found that a big fat curling iron works better then the flat iron. It seams to stay longer and gets a better flip to it. Just don't over curl it or you get the 70's look LOL. Good luck with the do.
if you're looking for shampoo and conditioner that won't weigh your hair down DO NOT use pantene, it's a really heavy shampoo and it doesn't work right on flat styles especially on thinner hair. Use dove, it has weightless mositerizers in it and i think you need to moisterize your hair and that's whats making it hard to flat iron.
